Conveniently located to Sportcity, the hotel is just off the A57 and 4 miles from Manchester City Centre. Ideally placed for visits to Old Trafford, for football and cricket, and the Manchester Evenings News Arena for all the big shows and concerts. As well as this, it is fairly central, enabling those "shopping enthusiasts" to visit the Arndale Centre in the city, and the highly acclaimed Trafford Centre, a few miles out of the city centre.
The hotel offers free car parking. Our hotel bar is open for residents until midnight.The Bandstand is a family pub adjacent to the hotel serving meals daily from 12:00 until 21:00. A new Fitness First leisure club is now open next to the hotel offering discounted rates to all guests.
Manchester International Airport is only 15 minutes away by taxi. It is just one hour's drive by motorway to the English Lake District and to the seaside coastal resorts of Blackpool and Southport.

From m60/m67 exit at junction 24 and take the a57 towards Manchester City Centre. After 1 mile, take right hand filter lane into wall way(just before McDonald's). Alternatively the hotel is approx 3 miles from Manchester City Centre on Hyde Road (a57). Turn left when you see McDonald'S.
